Show up with warmth
Everyone here is a little brave for saying yes. Bring the same kindness you'd want on your first day somewhere new.
Show up when you say you will
A circle of 3–5 women feels every empty chair. If life happens, tell your circle as early as you can — no ghosting.
What's shared in the circle, stays in the circle
Stories, struggles, screenshots of the group chat — none of it belongs anywhere else without permission.
Women-only, always
+you is designed for women aged 24–36. Joining means confirming this is you. Please don't invite guests to your first meetup.
No selling, no promoting, no MLMs
This is for friendships, not for pitching businesses, brand deals or side hustles. Report anything that feels off.
Assume the best
New friendships are tender. If a message lands wrong, ask before assuming. Most of the time, it's just a bad day, not a bad person.
